Dear Parents/Guardians:

The Framingham Public Schools are pleased to announce that the
administrative offices have been moved to 73 Mt. Wayte Avenue, Suite 5,
which is in Perini Corporation Headquarters.  The relocation is a result of
the reopening of the King School as an elementary school in 2014 to
accommodate the increased elementary enrollment that the Framingham Public
Schools have been experiencing over the past several years.  The
administrative offices were moved from the Fuller Middle Schools in the
summer of 2012.  Superintendent Dr. Stacy L. Scott said he was “pleased to
have such excellent facilities available to house our administrative team
and we are particularly pleased to have a five-year lease that will give us
an opportunity to stabilize our administrative team in one location. We are
also pleased that this location will offer greater access to our families
across the community.”

The first phase of the move will include the following offices that will
move on Thursday, March 19, 2015:  Superintendent’s Office, School
Committee, Educational Operations, and Business Operations.  The second
phase, which will be on March 26th, will include the following offices:
Special Education, Bilingual Education, School Health and Wellness, Human
Resources, and Community Resource and Development.

Family and Community Engagement Office/the Parent Information Center will
not be moving at this time.  The projected date of their relocation will
occur after July 1st when they will be relocated to the Fuller Middle
School.  A separate announcement will be made at that time.

These moves will allow for restoration of classrooms that are currently
offices, installation of an elevator to allow access to the cafeterorium
and expand King Elementary School to a full kindergarten through grade 5
school over time.
