*Time Schedule for Turkey Trot* Wednesday, November 23, 2016

Race Day Times

Home Room

Grade 6 Outside 8:25- 9:05

Grade 7 Outside 9:08 – 9:45

Grade 8 Outside 9:50 – 10:30

Pep Rally (All Grades) In the Gym 10:30 – 11:20

Each grade should report to the GYM first and then we will head outside
after a brief explanation of the race route to the runners.

Half Day Changes

   -

   All unified Arts teachers will be helping with the Turkey Trot
   -

   All students will stay with their team teachers while they are not
   outside running the race.
   -

   8th Grade students will go directly to the gym for the Pep Rally
   following their run.
   -

   Grade 6 and 7 teachers, please begin to bring your students to the gym
   for the Pep Rally at 10:20 so that the rally can begin at 10:30
   -

   Please Remind students to dress for the weather on Wednesday.
   -

   Students MUST wear their T- shirts when they run the race.
   -

   Teachers please assist with crowd control and stay with the students
   unless you are already helping us on the race route.

*Final Note

        We could not do this without the help of all of you.  Thank you in
advance for adapting to the race day schedule.  Remember everybody will be
outside for around 40 minutes so please remember to dress warm.  Please
remind the students to also dress appropriately for the conditions.
